•LunaVita Jewelry may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the delivery date. Once it’s received , the item must be returned in its original condition.
•Jewelry must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition in order to qualify for store credit, all original packaging included. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible, and will be returned to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number .
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item .
We do not accept returns \exchange on all customs made merchandise.
Are there any charges for return?
