PRE-EVENT

• Wedding Planner timeline preparation and creating an event checklist 
• Three pre-event/wedding consultations
• Vendor recommendations
• Negotiating + Contracting any needed hotel room blocks
• Attendance at three final vendor meeting of your choice
• Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the event/wedding
• Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

EVENT DAY

• Unlimited time on-site with your coordinatior and up to one (1) assistant, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your event/wedding day without any worry of the details 
• Directing the ceremony professional
• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the event/weeding 
• Setup of accessories and other decorations
• Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
• Assisting the family , Event guests as needed
• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
• Providing a stocked Emergency kit 
• Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
