Shipping & returns

Telerak’s Shipping Policy 

 

Products ussually ship between 2-5 business days via USPS, unless the order contains a personalized product or the product is not in stock at the moment.

Vendors/Sellers are fully responsible for shipping their items to buyers. If the vendor/seller is using a fulfillment service, they are fully responsible for the process and making sure the customer receives the products. 

By selling on Telerak, you agree to: 

  1. Take full responsibility for the entire shipping process 
  2. Specify your shipping costs and processing times in your listings. 
  3. Provide client and Telerak with shipping information. 
  4. Mark the order as shipped. 

 

Customers can cancel an order with no penalty before the item is shipped. 

 

In the unlikely event an order does not arrive, the buyer must first contact the vendors/sellers directly. If the issue is not solved, the customer may then contact Telerak Support. 

 

Telerak’s Refund/Cancellation Policy 

General Policy:

Returnable* products if damaged or sent wrong can be returned at a maximum of 30 days of purchase.

Each seller on Telerak is responsible for their own refund, exchanges, and returns policies. The policies vary from vendor to vendor. 

Customers are responsible for reviewing the vendor’s policy. In the unlikely event that the vendor’s owner does not solve an issue, the customer can open a case directly with the Telerak support team.
